The Absence of the 51Fifty

Hello fellow SxS members, it's been an INSANE week or so for me and things can only get worse before they get better.
I just wanted to let you all know why I've been away for awhile. I don't know if Leathal Dosage or Giver of Death mentioned anything to you guys, but I had the unfortunate opportunity of being introduced to our local police. They were so delighted to meet me that they even let me wear a pair of shiny bracelets!! Yes, folks, I was arrested the other weekend for some bogus warrant that they had on me. Apparently I was being charged with some type of burglary or fraud, which of course was a total shock to me. About a year and a half ago my ID had been stolen and somebody is probably cashing bad checks in my name. Luckily my loving mother bailed me out in time before I ended up in County Jail, which is worse than most State Prison's.
Maybe Sgt. Alupnu remembers chatting with me on teamspeak about a two-man tournament and I had to leave abruptly (and unwillingly) to go get a damn pizza. Well, Leathal Dosage and I went on the pizza mission and once we were back in my car to return home, my car broke down!! So I called for a tow truck and instead was met by the P.D. The whole situation went down kind of fast and was stranger than shit! They asked my name and I gave it to them knowing my record was clean....but their computer had another story. Up pops a warrant for whatever crime I'm being accused of and before Leathal and I knew what happened, I was sitting behind bars.
So now I'm caught up in a legal battle to clear my name and prove my innocence, as soon as I learn exactly what crime I was supposed to have committed when I appear in court.
So that's basically the reader's digest version. I hope to return to some MOHAA action with you guys real soon. But lately my mind has been focused on the arraignment hearing scheduled in October to find out WHUT THE HELL IS GOIN' ON 'ROUND HERE!
Talk about insanity creeping up outta' nowhere!!
But the good news is I'm a free man for now and hopefully all this BS will go away and my innocence proven.

What the hell,what is 51fifty....51 percent bad luck and 50 percent..... hummmm bad luck? Good thing music is on cd's now someone would say"check out the new record" and your head would snap around ,CRIMINAL. Just kidding I'm sure it will all work out. Keep us posted See ya soon 99Pete

Thanks for the encouragement, lord knows I need it. I'll be sure to keep you all posted. My arraignment is Oct. 20th (4 days before my birthday...doesn't that suck?!) Then I'll finally get to know what the heck I'm being accused of. I did learn one thing though: [glow=red,2,300]JAIL REALLY SUCKS!!!!!![/glow]

Well I had my arraignment for the warrant today. (Drumroll please...) The case was [glow=red,2,300]DISMISSED!![/glow]
My GENIUS public defender found a technicality to grant a dismissal. They only had a year in which to file charges against me, but they failed to do so. I was also never informed that I was being charged until I had to go get that crusty old pizza two years later!! That prevented me from my right to a speedy trial. ;D

Well, I might be awol for a little while. Time to get back to my own house and start working on this book that I've neglected since the start of the year. I also got a lot of work lined up so don't think I'm runnin from you all. Just brush up on them skills till I get back!! ;D
